30 days from delivery.
Online: 30 days from delivery. In a shop: 30 days from the day you buy it.
30 days unused in original packaging: from purchase in store, from delivery online. Powdered adhesive and levelling compound 7.
What the law adds
Whatever Topps Tiles’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
