Toast returns policy
28 days from delivery.
Online: 28 days from delivery. In a shop: 28 days from the day you buy it.
28 days for full-price items (sale items 14): from purchase in store, from delivery online.
Christmas returns
Toast takes full-price items bought 23 October 2026 to 24 December 2026 back until 16 January 2027.
What the law adds
Whatever Toast’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
