30 days from delivery.
Online: 30 days from delivery. In a shop: 30 days from the day you buy it.
Most items within 30 days: from purchase in store, from delivery online, whichever is later.
Christmas returns
Oliver Bonas takes things bought 1 November 2026 to 11 December 2026 back until 10 January 2027. It says “most items”.
What the law adds
