28 days from delivery.
Online: 28 days from delivery. In a shop: 28 days from the day you buy it.
28 days for a full refund to the way you paid, unworn with tags: from purchase in store, from delivery online (or from collection, for an order sent to a store).
Christmas returns
Next takes things bought 23 October 2026 to 25 December 2026 back until 5 January 2027. Not for Outlet or Clearance stores, or Christmas decorations.
What the law adds
Whatever Next’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
