28 days from delivery.
Online: 28 days from delivery. In a shop: 28 days from the day you buy it.
28 days, discounted items included (sale items 14): from the date on your receipt in store, from delivery or collection online.
Christmas returns
New Look takes unwanted gifts, not sale items, bought 26 October 2026 to 6 December 2026 back until 3 January 2027.
What the law adds
Whatever New Look’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
