M&S returns policy
28 days from delivery.
Online: 28 days from delivery. In a shop: 28 days from the day you buy it.
28 days with receipt, unworn with labels (sale items 14): from purchase in store, from delivery online. Food and bought-in-store bras excluded.
Christmas returns
M&S takes full-price items bought from 22 October 2026 back until 17 January 2027.
What the law adds
Whatever M&S’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
