Liberty returns policy
30 days from delivery.
Online: 30 days from delivery. In a shop: 14 days from the day you buy it.
14 days from purchase in store; 30 days from delivery for an online order.
What the law adds
Whatever Liberty’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
