Christmas returns
Joe Browns takes things bought from 22 October 2026 back until 11 January 2027.
What the law adds
Whatever Joe Browns’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
Checked against joebrowns.co.uk, Joe Browns’s own returns page, on 3 October 2026. Shops change their terms; this is a guide, not legal advice.
Never miss the date
Quids In counts down every return window, Joe Browns’s included, and puts whatever runs out first at the top. No account, and nothing leaves your phone.
