30 days from delivery.
Online: 30 days from delivery. In a shop: 30 days from the day you buy it.
30 days with proof of purchase (sale items 14): from purchase in store, from delivery online.
What the law adds
Whatever Hobbs’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
