H&M returns policy
30 days from delivery.
Online: 30 days from delivery. In a shop: 30 days from the day you buy it.
30 days, or 14 for sale items and designer collections. An online order counts from delivery.
What the law adds
Whatever H&M’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
Checked against hm.com, H&M’s own returns page, on 28 October 2026. Shops change their terms; this is a guide, not legal advice.
Never miss the date
Quids In counts down every return window, H&M’s included, and puts whatever runs out first at the top. No account, and nothing leaves your phone.
