30 days from delivery.
Online: 30 days from delivery. In a shop: 30 days from the day you buy it.
30 days from purchase in store, with your receipt; an online or phone order, 30 days from the day you receive it (their goodwill guarantee, beyond the legal 14), counted from delivery.
What the law adds
Whatever Fortnum & Mason’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
