Fenwick returns policy
14 days from delivery.
Online: 14 days from delivery. In a shop: 14 days from the day you buy it.
14 days for a refund: from purchase in store, from delivery online. In store, full-price items on days 15 to 28 get a gift card or exchange.
What the law adds
Whatever Fenwick’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
