30 days from delivery.
Online: 30 days from delivery. In a shop: 30 days from the day you buy it.
30 days: in store from purchase; online from delivery (the period ends 30 days after the day following delivery). Clearance items get an exchange or credit, not a refund; piercing items excluded unless unopened.
Christmas returns
Ernest Jones takes things bought 1 October 2026 to 24 December 2026 back until 23 January 2027. Not for warranty bought on a monthly plan.
What the law adds
Whatever Ernest Jones’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
