Dunelm takes things bought 12 October 2026 to 24 December 2026 back until 31 January 2027. Dunelm says exclusions apply.
What the law adds
Whatever Dunelm’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
