Online: 28 days from delivery. In a shop: 28 days from the day you buy it.
28 days for a refund: from purchase in store, from delivery for a home delivery.
What the law adds
Whatever Dune London’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
