14 days from delivery (or from your order confirmation, if that came later) to ask to cancel and return; then send it back within 14 days.

Dell takes things bought 1 November 2026 to 29 December 2026 back until 15 January 2027. For consumers buying at Dell.com.
What the law adds
Whatever Dell’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
