28 days from purchase (sale items 14), original condition with tags.
Christmas returns
Crew Clothing takes unworn full-price items with a receipt bought from 12 October 2026 back until 23 January 2027.
What the law adds
Whatever Crew Clothing’s own window says, if something is faulty the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Most things bought online also come with 14 days to cancel, faulty or not, counted from the day they arrive. What the law gives you
